Kalani cuisine encompasses a variety of styles including Thai, Indian, and Italian. Our chefs have extensive training and a common interest in creating healthful and delicious meals.
Most importantly, our chefs firmly believe that the care and love invested in the cuisine is transmitted to the diner, and everything is prepared with aloha.

One of the many blessings of being in residence at Kalani is rolling onto the dining lanai to discover and savor each meal time’s bounty. Always fresh and often inventive, the menus always nourish the bigger values of Kalani, staff and guests. The character of whoever is in the kitchen at any time clearly flavors each dish. One thing that I always look forward to is the salad spread and those amazing salad dressings.
