This retreat is intentionally scheduled so that new information can be received, assimilated and gently integrated within the cellular structure, mental processes and emotional frequencies. It’s recommended that retreatants take the space between scheduled activities to relax and enjoy the retreat and/or adventure around the Island.
There will be many opportunities for adventures such as lava hikes, basking in warm ponds, relaxing on a black sand beach, swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, nature walks etc.. This is also a great opportunity to enjoy bodywork or other transformational therapies at the retreat center.
Plus Kalani is a tranquil setting for just strolling, hanging out by the pool/spa, etc. Hope Johnson will also be available during these times and at most meal times for spontaneous meetings and sharing.
Please note that all scheduled events are optional, and it’s recommended that each retreatant follow their inner wisdom with regard to refraining from any exercise or event when the body/mind/spirit is calling for rest.

Self Nurturing is the practice of noticing what’s happening in the inner/outer worlds and allowing it to be accepted as is. This can be done through silence or conscious conversation, during massage, walking, lounging, meditation or napping etc.
