God is the same one who creates, sustains and observes the experience of everything in creation. Everything that is not human is perfectly comfortable being unified with existence, but the human ego is so attached to the physical/material self that as soon as our minds develop beyond infancy, we have great difficulty seeing ourselves as anything but separate from God, each other and everything else.

The entire material world exists in our perception. Our material self aka ego determines which experiences we will have based upon the thought energy we project, while our spiritual aspect observes and orchestrates the events and circumstances of our life for the highest and best interest of our being (which is not separate from existence).

Notice that according to the Christian belief system, Jesus is God. Thus seeing Jesus in anyone would be the same as seeing God in them. Even this belief makes it plain that our inner essence is God – but the manipulative mind keeps us so bound to delusion that we cannot see the true reality even when it is in plain sight.

It is this delusion that is the cause of all conflict amongst humans and between humans and other aspects of nature.

Jesus was a human who allowed his inner essence to be expressed more fully than most humans allow, because he developed his inner vision to see beyond mental illusion. In order for Jesus followers to get beyond mental illusion, they must go beyond what they know of Jesus and access their inner essence.  I’m sure Jesus was a great guy, but to follow him is really only following a mental concept of him – which is illusion, and we remain bound to illusion as long as we limit ourselves in this manner.

As long as we keep ourselves bound to the illusion of separation, our egos continue to project for what we consider “punishment” for our shared reality – while our spiritual aspect Joyfully creates the manifestation of whatever the ego projects. However, when we achieve the level of awareness whereby the ego recognizes our spiritual aspect (aka Godliness aka God essence) as our guiding Light, we are able to see and understand the mental patterns that create blessings – and send our thought energy there to create Heaven.

Until such time, religious believers and non-believers alike will continue to hate what the ego has created while projecting for more hateful manifestations in the world.

It takes great courage to be who we really are, but the benefits speak for themselves and they become readily apparent in our lives. Allow the real You to have presence in your life, and command creation accordingly.

The self that you refer to with disdain is not your real Self, but your self image. Your real self is the Being that transcends your mind and witnesses all of your experiences with complete Love and patience as your ego matures enough to recognize what’s true in you.

As long as we identify ourselves as the mental patterns we have been conditioned to follow, we create our own punishment. But we can choose in any moment to unify with the Self that is Unconditional Love, and start creating blessings for ourselves and for the world.

Those changes are effectuated by God in direct response to that which we are projecting for. Many of us rely on religious texts written thousands of years ago, translated from different languages, and modified for our experience of God.

But the Divine can only ever be experienced in the here and now. For us humans, that means direct connection to our core consciousness – where the Word of God is ever present.

Jesus was an example of the astonishing power of “God” that is available to every human in equal measure. Heaven is here and we are in it – that’s why Jesus spoke with urgency saying things like “Heaven is in your midst” and “The Kingdom of God is at hand”.

Most people believe that Heaven is in another space and time because the conditional mind cannot comprehend that which is not already known. It’s a leap of faith to step out of the known and into the field of unlimited possibilities, but that’s the domain of God and the more direct route to Heaven.

As soon as we are willing to wake up in this time-space reality and realize who we are, we will begin creating peace and abundance for every creature through the Unconditional Love that is the source of our Being. Of course, no one can experience Heaven while they still believe that some of their fellow humans are going to Hell, or that they are inferior to anyone or anything.

Smile and be thankful that you have been given this experience to help you reevaluate and refine the thought offering (prayer) that you are projecting in every moment.

Our bodies and egos will die, but the Self that is our true identity is eternal. While we’re here on the physical plane, we have a choice to live as the God in us, or as an unconscious doer of habits.

For those of us who’s awareness has not yet evolved enough to grasp this understanding, following a belief system that requires God to be “out there” can lead us on a path of enlightenment – but egocentric self-importance usually gets in the way.

I see most religious people comparing themselves to God, judging themselves as powerless and sinful – like unworthy beggars for God’s mercy. In this way, they unconsciously make judgment their most common prayer.

Jesus said “judge not lest you be judged”. By judging ourselves as “less than” God, we become fearful of the power within, and instead of being Alive through our lives, we live from the habits of humanity that have been conditioned into the subconscious mind over time.

Many people call themselves disciples of Jesus, but they do not know him because their experience of Christ is only from the mind’s interpretation of the books that were written about him. Christ is a level of consciousness that can only be attained by letting go of the limitations that having a life experience has caused us to believe.

Satan is not a person, but a personification of ego that follows mind and not spirit. We cannot serve two masters. Either we identify with the mind or with the Being we were born to express.

Wisdom of this world is foolishness with God! When the mind is disconnected from God, the ego is led to believe that we can find God by studying things that are of this world.

But God is not found in the material world, and we are not material beings. Our souls are intricately connected and completely unified with the one and only great Being that is existence itself.

We are here to be ourselves! We can make up whatever we want to “believe in”, but if we want to create our lives in glory to God, we will strive to live first and foremost from the fullest expression of the Being within.

In separation, the mind cannot know God, and thus mind becomes the leader of the ego – like the blind leading the blind.  This causes the mind to seek comfort from the material world because it can only identify itself as disconnected from the All.

But each of us is really Alone in that our experience of the world is of our own creation.  Specifically, the cells of our physical bodies are transmitters of the One great Being as a projection of a particular field of awareness (soul) into the life of the world.

Our minds filter that projection with every thought.  The more we align our thoughts with the knowledge of the source within us, the more fully we are expressing the only enduring aspect of ourselves.

Only by seeking the treasure at the core of ourselves can the mind come to know God. When the two become one, we glorify God by using the gift of this life experience to create the Heaven that is our birthright.

When the ego is unified with the Being through unconditional Love, we can come to realize the Kingdom of Heaven that Jesus spoke about.

By giving ourselves the eyes to see who we really are, the ego can be married with God and they become One. In this way God is truly glorified because we allow God’s presence in the material world through our physical form.

As we peel away judgment and limitations from the mind, we continue to experience the Light of Christ radiating through us into our lives. And, we recognize it within everyone – no matter how much control they have given over to their minds and egos.

The inner Light does not emanate from the mind, the ego or any part of the material self.  It is the expression that flowers from our allowing the source within us to be preeminent.

When we consistently redirect our thoughts into alignment with our unlimited aspect, the ego becomes a clearer channel for expression of the Christ within. Mind your mind, and let the Christ Live!!

A person is a vehicle for spirit to have a physical experience in a material world. God is existence itself, and is thus every person and everything in existence – not to be reduced to a person, people or specific spiritual entities.

God created the material world and everything in it order to experience different aspects of its Self for the purpose of creating harmony within the illusion of separation – thereby expanding God’s energy into infinity. Humans are the leading edge of God’s creation because the mind allows us to very specifically create our reality while directing energy to our source.

Many organized religions tend to view humans as only carnal and separate from God, which provides mental comfort while perpetuating the perceived need for the religious organization itself. But in reality humans are infused with God, and we have the choice in any moment to align our awareness with the Godly perspective of unity or with the mental perspective of separation.

In raising our consciousness, it’s the ego (or self image) that is given over in service to God, but the root of the human or the Self is the treasure to be attained by our awareness. To declare independence from God is to become dependent on our will and people or things in the world. This is NOT what being Self directed is about.

Specifically, our will, our minds and our bodies are tools for the soul to refine itself to a higher vibratory frequency.  These material aspects glorify God when we direct them from the pure Love perspective of the energy that creates them.

Every person has full access to the power of God in equal measure. The separation we see is due to perception through the prism of mind, which causes people to believe that God is “out there” instead if “in here”.

We are not even separate from one another. We are one, and we are God.

From the standpoint of individuality, made possible by our minds in this time-space experience, God is seated at the center of each person.  Jesus understood this and did his best to deliver the message to people who could not understand.

To this day, most people read Jesus’ words through the construct of mind, which causes them to completely miss the message. Jesus was a person who aligned the energy of his material awareness with that of the Divine Self.

Christ consciousness is an energetic resonance that is already part of everyone.  It constantly calls us to align with it, and we can commune with that energy by consistently aligning our thoughts with our deepest truths.

We are here to be Self centered with the understanding that our highest Self is existence, and that we are focused through a unique, individual mind and body.  Seeking mental comfort from the perspective of subjection (perceiving God as ruling from outside of Self) separates us from Jesus, God, Allah or whatever name we prefer to attach to that which is nameless.

It is our thoughts and feelings that create in this reality, and once we understand how to direct them from the perspective of Self instead of mind, we can realize what Jesus meant by the “Kingdom of Heaven”.

It’s commonplace for spiritual seekers and especially Christians to deal with judgment and fear as part of a belief system.  Seeing the world and fellow humans through these filters resists the Joy that we are meant to radiate through our physical existence while creating more of what has been feared and judged.

Judgment of any kind is choosing one thing over another, which creates energetic patterns that resist our Christ essence. Fear is in complete misalignment with the vibrational rhythm and flow of God, and is the creator of all conflict and struggle until it is used to expand our consciousness.

There is a beautiful Jesus quote in the Bible that says: “Judge not lest ye be judged”.  Every thought creates a resonant manifestation in the material world, and in this way we create judgment upon ourselves.  Upon perceiving the manifestations of judgment, fear is felt, and instead of facing our fear, we cast more judgment – and so that cycle continues through time and space – just as this programming has been etched into our subconscious mind.

Nothing we do is negative or positive unless we perceive it that way. Judgment and fear resist something in creation – and that which we resist is multiplied.

Conversely, unconditional Love judges not – but accepts and appreciates all things in creation, moves in the direction of that which feels Joyful, creates more Joy, and glorifies God.  Fear is the BEGINNING of wisdom, but it is only the beginning. In order to garner that wisdom, the fear must be used to discover what has been hidden from one’s awareness.

Through unconditional Love, fear and judgment can finally be used as tools to glimpse the true essence of our own Godliness.

God cannot be known to the human mind, and thus “respect and awe” may be the depth of one’s thinking experience of God. But God can be known to the soul, and by tuning our energy to the rhythm of our true identity, we allow the part of us that is unified with God to be preeminent though our material body and mind.

Every soul is blessed and unconditionally Loved by God. We have only to allow our own presence in our lives, and God takes care of the rest. This does not happen through any set of rules, but through feeling and understanding.

Everything in existence is I AM – the infinite consciousness – the all-knowing awareness that witnesses everything, including every human life experience through our individual senses. Separation from one another and from I AM is the great illusion that makes the human experience possible.

I AM creates and sustains separate human forms and egos to experience the contrast of life through infinitely diverse fields of awareness.  And for all the diversity of awareness, the silent witness of every human experience is the infinitely evolving and expansive, I AM.

While the world we know as our reality is constantly being created by I AM, every creation also merges with I AM.  As the created and the creator are seamlessly unified, everything already created continues to create as I AM – as each one draws from its source of pure Love that transcends mind.

Humans command the creative aspect of I AM with every thought

All human creativity also originates in the all-knowing aspect of I AM that is pure Love, and humans command the creative aspect of I AM through the filters of memory, mind and separate ego.  As such, the Divine creative energy of I AM is converted according to each individual perspective.

In this way, humans have the unique ability to specifically create through individual points of view.  The extent to which each human creation represents its source of pure Love depends on the resonance of our thoughts to the part of us that is the all-knowing aspect of I AM.

In other words, the less our thoughts are filtered through the memory of separation, the more we will manifest the reality that we really want.  This is where most of us are misled by organized religion, politics, parents and/or society in general.

Humans create struggle and suffering when we perpetuate thoughts that we are detached from or unworthy of I AM. For the most part, we are conditioned to believe we are somehow bad, sinful or shameful – and for those of us who buy into these beliefs, our perspective is very dissonant to the all-knowing aspect of I AM, and we create conflict in our minds just as we project conflict into the world.

The more we shift our thoughts toward the reality that each of us, like everything else, is the embodiment of I AM, the more our life experiences will reflect this truth.  When we mind our minds and choose our thoughts in alignment with the infinite aspect of I AM, we command the creation of Love, Joy and Peace through us and for us into the life of the world.

Let’s remember I AM and begin creating that now.

Although we are conditioned, through our focus on what we know of the material world, that instinct is predominantly necessary for protection from harm and the will to survive, our higher self has infinite other aspects expressed through instinct. The world is only hostile to the extent that we make it so, and when we focus on our need for protection and accomplishment predominantly, we hold ourselves in vibrational patterns that attract more of the same.

Most of us only know God as protective and reactive because these aspects are the most relevant to what is “known” in the material world.  We can move beyond these two God-aspects when we open ourselves to guidance toward a state of peace and pure being – which is the birthright of everyone.

Here are the steps I take to explore the more spiritual aspects of instinct:

• Meditation – with eyes closed, a quiet mind and attention to breath, our source energy can communicate directly with every cell in our bodies.  This allows our whole body to receive information that will direct us toward the realization of our true desires.
• Acceptance – by allowing everything to be as it is now, we are open to new and ever-expansive possibilities.
• Gratitude – appreciating all that we are projects a vibratory pattern that attracts more to appreciate.
• Faith – knowledge that all the beautiful and wonderful possibilities that we can imagine have already been given.  This minimizes doubtful thoughts, thereby allowing us to be more aware of our guidance.
• Joyful action – doing what feels inspired at the time from a perspective of expecting to always create deeper joy throughout our journey in this life experience.
• Love – allowing ourselves to see everything and everyone through the eyes of love is the truest expression of God into the life of the world.  When we are in love with everything, we are one with everything, and then we can experience God as pure being.
