The “others” in our experience are only a reflection of ourselves.   Divine energy comes from the core of our being, not from anything outside of ourselves.

Every person is an individual, and when we expect them to act according to our own will, we end up disappointed.   But when we place our focus on how we enjoy being treated by “others”, without attachment to the “who”, the people currently in our experience receive an energetic invitation to shift into resonance with our new vibratory offering.

If they are prepared to shift their energy to a higher frequency, they will accept the invitation, and our experience of them will change.   If they are not so prepared, they will fall away from our experience, making way for those who are a match the vibratory patterns that we are offering.

However, when we are resistant to certain behavior, we are resisting particular energetic patterns that reside within our Being.   By resisting any part of ourselves, we are feeding the energetic current that sustains what we are resisting, and we are attracting more material manifestations of it into our experience.

Acceptance is the key to allowing ourselves to receive the reflection of pure Love from “other” people.   When we accept people fully, we give energy that summons their highest and deepest Self to be present in their lives, and that reflects back to us as Love.

Speaking of giving, many times we give to “others” because we believe that someone needs our help, and/or we expect something in return.   Depending upon how much time, physical energy, money, fight, etc., we have given, we create an esteemed self image.

However, the belief that anyone needs us creates a feeling of obligation, while expecting something in return for our efforts creates attachment to outcomes. Both of these mental attitudes are dissonant to our Divine energy, which is eternally free and unaffected by anything in the material world.  That dissonance creates emotional disturbance in our perception of reality.

Giving that is derived from disturbing feelings creates little or nothing of enduring value because it is our energy, not our action that determines our potency.   The energy behind our efforts affects our shared reality in a way that cannot be quantified in the physical world, and if our energy is disturbed we are creating more disturbance – even if we bring about measurable improvement on the physical/material level.

Contrarily, when we direct our thoughts into vibratory harmony with our forever Self, we glorify everything even if we do nothing at all. This is because our thoughts are always commanding creation, and when we think from a vantage point that perceives our true desires, reality unfolds in glorious ways.

In this regard, the most important thing we can do for the All is to infuse our awareness with Joy by focusing our thoughts accordingly. In this way, giving springs effortlessly from the abundance of a Joyful heart as we bestow immeasurable value that endures forever.

Keep aligning your mental energy with your Divine Self, and be the gift that keeps on giving!

The same conscious energy that makes anything and everything possible is individually and simultaneously focused through everything and everyone that manifests in the physical world. What looks solid to the eye is actually energetic Light bodies through which conscious Life Force Energy is being projected.

The conscious energy that creates and sustains all Life causes everything in the material world to be made manifest for our experience through individual awareness. Humans have a unique creative vantage point in that the Life Force Energy is filtered through our individual mental patterns, and we are thereby able to specifically direct that energy to create our wishes, desires and dreams.

But because we have largely forgotten the source of our awareness, we are convinced that people, situations and things in our experience need to be changed. The belief that we must change anything causes us to focus on what we want changed, use mental cleverness to figure out how to effectuate the change, and employ our Will to create it.

While this method may produce some of intended results, those results do not come without struggle. Specifically, if during the process of attaining what we want, our thought vibration is resistant to the Living Energy that is the source of our Being, our experience is struggle.

Life Force Energy flows through us in specific vibratory rhythm, and to the degree that we project thoughts of ego dependency (need, manipulation, competition, etc.), our human vibratory rhythm becomes dissonant to Life Force Energy. Any dissonance to Life Force Energy is resistant to the very source of our human existence, and that resistance depletes our human energy – causing stress, lethargy, depression and anxiety.

While we can create some of the “improvements” we seek while in a resistant vibratory pattern, ultimately our resistance to Life Force Energy is the cause of all manifestations of personal and worldly dis-ease – everything from stress and illness to world wars.

When we believe that the cleverness of mind is the path to attain anything we seek, we feel an egocentric sense of self importance as our thoughts project the belief that we are nobly sacrificing our experience of Joy in the present moment to create a more desirable future. But when we sacrifice Joy in any moment we are sacrificing the flow of Life Force Energy through our material form.

In doing so, we not only sacrifice the energy necessary for creativity, play and Joyful expression, we sacrifice our real power to create what we want.

Conversely, when we accept and appreciate all things just as they are, and we allow ourselves to delight in the most Joyful possibilities we can imagine, we are allowing Life Force Energy to flow in exactly the way it was meant to. As we allow the gentle yet fierce flow of uninhibited Life Force Energy to be projected through our material form, we give more energy to ourselves while our wishes, dreams and desires are created for us in the unseen world.

In the flow of Life Force Energy, and through our willingness to take the first step as a leap of faith, the next steps in the progression toward our desires become obvious as we move Joyfully through time and space toward their manifestation.

Every moment is leading to the next, and we create our experience Joyful by laying the energetic foundation for Love, Joy and Peace. That energetic foundation is created by our thought projection, and it glorifies us to the degree that we have been allowing Life Force energy to be expressed unfettered by mental struggle.

Life Force Energy is our power to experience Joy in our lives, create what we want, and experience the deep peace that is our birthright. Start releasing the mental burden of needing to change anything, so that you may become the conduit for Joyful creation in this lifetime.

Although it’s not always readily apparent, all things seen and unseen are made possible through the beauty of Divine Love. Many times we cannot realize this beauty through the layers of mental conflict and struggle that have been manifest, but it’s always present – just waiting to be discovered.

Everything in existence is created and sustained by all conscious and subconscious thought that led to the present moment, and this moment is constantly being recreated through the energy of our thoughts.  Because humans are the embodiment of the creative force coupled with a materially receptive mind, the balance of what we focus upon always multiplies in our reality.

When in a mental state of sincere appreciation for the beauty in our experience, we offer a very powerful vibratory pattern which commands the Divine creative force to manifest more of what we consider beautiful. However, many times we do not allow ourselves to enjoy the beauty we have noticed because our focus is quickly drawn to what should be done, changed or fixed in some way.

Where our thoughts go, creation follows. And, when we make conscious decisions about the direction of our thoughts, we are deliberately commanding the power of creation.

But in order to make our thoughts our own, we must be aware of the thoughts being offered by mind – and consciously choose whether to follow any of them.  Many of us have been so conditioned to notice what we find wanting that we must access imagination to offer thoughts independent of what we are programmed to receive from mind.

The creative force is limitless possibilities. The more Joyfully we focus upon whatever we personally find beautiful, the more prominent beauty presents itself in our experience; and the more our ideas of beauty are created for the world.

Make your thoughts an offering that resonates with those possibilities that are the most beautiful from your point of view, and create a more beautiful reality now.

Following this mindset, we feel proud and happy when we perceive ourselves as winning or having gotten the upper hand against another person or group of people; while the perception that we have lost, are losing, or that we are “less than” anyone causes emotional discomfort and even pain. In business transactions, many of us feel gratified if we believe we have received the better end of a bargain – even if that means taking unfair advantage of another person.

Because we have lost sight of our true power, many of us seek to manipulate people or situations as necessary to avoid losing at all costs. But the more we strive to win, the more we create discord between our vibratory offering and the source of all blessings and abundance.

Specifically, while we may create the perception that we are winners because we have gained a material advantage, in this way we also deepen the mental conditioning that our value is dependent on our ability to be more, do more or get more than other people.  This validates our egocentric feeling of separation from everything else, which causes mental tension and fear around the possibility of losing.

Because we expend most of our mental energy on our endeavors to “get ahead”, our vibratory offering serves to disconnect us from the part of Self that is the source of total WellBeing. As we continue from the feeling of separation and fear, we tend to rely mostly upon our basic human will to compete as our life’s radar – which makes our sense of well being dependent on whether we win or lose.

When our feelings are dependent on how things turn out, we create conflict and dis-ease in our bodies and in the world.  The more we do to gain control over people and circumstances, the more illness we create for ourselves through our attachment to outcomes, and for the world by the way we project ourselves into it.

Even if we accumulate massive wealth or achieve the highest esteem amongst our colleagues, we cannot be fulfilled until we have attained Joy that is not dependent on circumstance or accomplishment.

As we seek the emotions of proud/happy/worthy through circumstance, we are only receptive to whatever keeps us alternating between these emotions and their opposites.  But when we seek the Self that is pure Joy, we begin to evolve to a level of awareness that allows our lives to flow more easily, peacefully and Joyfully.

Only our true Self knows what in the world will lead us to the peace of mind that comes from experiencing the Joy within ourselves. Everything we do with our bodies and minds is only for the material exercise through which we can find this treasure, and feeling attached to any of it can only detract from the Joyful experience we were born to create.

By shifting our focus from competition to compassion throughout our daily lives – even in business and interpersonal dealings, we gradually begin to open up to the possibilities that transcend the reasonable mind.  As we expand our receptivity, we can finally experience the Joy of Being – just as we are.

While our perception of peoples’ behavior and circumstance may shake that Joy temporarily, every experience leads to a deeper understanding of Self and to an expanded awareness of the Joy that is our essence.

We are neither winners nor losers, but each of us is the pure energy that creates our experience in this time-space reality. To the extent that we create Joy, we are experiencing truth – and that equals success.

According to what we think we can be, do or have, every cell in the body and brain become receptive to the information in our environment that will prepare us to receive what we have projected for. Through focus upon what brings Joy to the heart and the feeling of Loving energy with heartfelt desire, the cells of the body move into energetic alignment with that desire.

Through being in alignment with Joy, we become receptive to the unlimited opportunities that can lead us to the manifestation of what we want.  But when we are focused on anything that evokes a feeling that is less than Joyful, we align ourselves with the possibilities that lead to manifestations we would perceive with a similar feeling.

When our perception of life circumstances causes our energetic offering to be less than Joyful, we can gently shift our energy back by dismissing circumstantial limitations and returning our focus to what we want.  Likewise, when our minds are involved in calculations about how we will accomplish things, we can gently remind ourselves that “how” is not our business.

Our actions only follow our energy, and every action is induced by our energy based upon the feelings that emanate from the story we tell about ourselves. To the extent that we have knowledge aka faith that every one of our desires is being honored by the Universe, our energy aligns with the information that leads us there.

However, since most of us tell a story that includes many reasons why we cannot create what we truly want, we mostly receive and act upon information that leads to confirmation of that story.

Similarly, when we try to use the mind to figure out how to get there or we try to manipulate outcomes in our favor, we make ourselves receptive to information that leads to a lot of hard work, manipulation and struggle. While this may lead to fulfillment of our desires, it is much more difficult and never leads to a lasting experience of Joy.

Moreover, since our desires are always changing, the vision gets lost in the details when we try to achieve from the level of mind.   In order to be the creators we were born to be, we have only to align our thoughts with what feels Joyful in the present moment, be alert to opportunities for action that feels Joyful, and have the courage to act on those opportunities.

Our bodies and minds are only tools for the creativity of spirit, so submit yourself to your higher power and prevail!!

Specifically, thinking about anything we have labeled as “wrong” or “bad” evokes emotions that project certain energetic patterns; and whatever we project is attracted toward us. This means that as we focus on what we have created in the past, we are re-creating similar vibratory patterns in the present.

Those patterns extend forward to attract that the circumstances and events that harmonize with them vibrationally.

If we mostly use the present moment to review the past, we bind ourselves to repeat what has already been created. But in any moment, we can decide that the past was perfect – and start focusing on what we are creating now.

By shifting mental focus to what feels Joyful in the present moment, our creativity is being directed toward what we would consider an improvement to our present situation or circumstance.

We are only bound to the past to the extent that we keep re-creating it in the present, but the power of creativity is within each individual to do with as they please – irrespective of anything that has already been created.

Our minds are so strong already that they tend to run our lives out of habits picked up through many life experiences. The work to be done is in controlling the mind to follow the spirit, and opening our hearts to be receptive to the unconditional Love that is our essence. I recommend a daily practice of Kundalini Yoga to get used to summoning your Being into your daily life.

The true you is the only thing that endures. Family and loved ones can be a source of happiness and emotional love (which always contain their opposites), but only you have the power to create the pure Joy that comes from being the expression of your true Self in this lifetime.

You are the center of the Universe, and everything that you experience is your creation. Create your life Joyful by learning to follow the subtle voice of your soul toward that which glorifies yourself as part of everything else.

It’s commonplace for spiritual seekers and especially Christians to deal with judgment and fear as part of a belief system.  Seeing the world and fellow humans through these filters resists the Joy that we are meant to radiate through our physical existence while creating more of what has been feared and judged.

Judgment of any kind is choosing one thing over another, which creates energetic patterns that resist our Christ essence. Fear is in complete misalignment with the vibrational rhythm and flow of God, and is the creator of all conflict and struggle until it is used to expand our consciousness.

There is a beautiful Jesus quote in the Bible that says: “Judge not lest ye be judged”.  Every thought creates a resonant manifestation in the material world, and in this way we create judgment upon ourselves.  Upon perceiving the manifestations of judgment, fear is felt, and instead of facing our fear, we cast more judgment – and so that cycle continues through time and space – just as this programming has been etched into our subconscious mind.

Nothing we do is negative or positive unless we perceive it that way. Judgment and fear resist something in creation – and that which we resist is multiplied.

Conversely, unconditional Love judges not – but accepts and appreciates all things in creation, moves in the direction of that which feels Joyful, creates more Joy, and glorifies God.  Fear is the BEGINNING of wisdom, but it is only the beginning. In order to garner that wisdom, the fear must be used to discover what has been hidden from one’s awareness.

Through unconditional Love, fear and judgment can finally be used as tools to glimpse the true essence of our own Godliness.

God cannot be known to the human mind, and thus “respect and awe” may be the depth of one’s thinking experience of God. But God can be known to the soul, and by tuning our energy to the rhythm of our true identity, we allow the part of us that is unified with God to be preeminent though our material body and mind.

Every soul is blessed and unconditionally Loved by God. We have only to allow our own presence in our lives, and God takes care of the rest. This does not happen through any set of rules, but through feeling and understanding.

When we pay attention to things in our lives that provoke extreme emotion, we attract more extremes in our lives. By habitually shifting our attention to those things in our lives that evoke joy, and toward our perspectives for creating more joy, we can control our emotions and thereby diffuse the extremes in our minds and in our lives.

As conscious parts of the same divine spirit, our awareness is focused here to experience joy, put forth our perspective for even greater joy, and to realize peace aka heaven right here on Earth.  The most common religious belief systems hold that we are separate from God, a  chosen messiah, each other, and The Devil.

In fact, most religious groups promote the opposite of peace through the belief that their members are closer to God than the “other” groups, belief systems and religions.  This righteousness causes us to look down on those who do not believe like us, or try to convert them to our way of thinking in order to “save” them.

The common belief system taught by religious groups serves those groups and ensures more power for them, but does very little to promote peace because it is fear based.  God is available to all of us and can be felt whenever we let go of self limiting beliefs. Those self limiting beliefs are truly “The Devil” because they create a feeling of separation from God, which is synonymous with love, each other and everything.

In this way, The Devil is not so much an evil entity or an entity at all.  It is the feeling created when we believe thoughts that do not agree with the true essence of our being.  From that feeling we create a life experience that falls short of the joy we were meant to realize through our physically focused senses.

Unwanted life circumstances are a culmination of our own limiting beliefs, and basically the manifestation of “evil”.  However, “The Devil” and “evil” should not have a negative connotation – they are simply instructive as to the proximity of our thoughts to the true essence of our being.

No matter how much or how many times we believe thoughts that evoke “The Devil” within us or unwanted events in our lives, the core of our being is always pure love, and because of this – each of us is always equally worthy of the kingdom of heaven.
